Peace & Diplomacy
The Art of Peaceful Coexistence
An invitation to explore peace through dialogue, human dignity, conscious leadership, and the art of presence.
Within GEOWÈ, peace is approached not simply as the absence of conflict, but as a living practice — cultivated through attention, meaningful relationships, responsible decisions, and the ways we encounter one another.
Through Peace Salons, international dialogue, and contributions to civil-society initiatives, GEOWÈ creates spaces for reflection and exchange at the intersection of consciousness, human flourishing, and the pursuit of a more peaceful world.
Founded by Gina Gadischke, a PhD Candidate in Natural Medicine and an Ambassador for Peace recognised by the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) Switzerland, this initiative brings together her ongoing research into human coherence, her contemplative work with sound, and her participation in international conversations concerning human dignity, women's leadership, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The intention is to bring global questions into human-scale encounters — where listening becomes a practice, dialogue becomes a possibility, and peace begins with the quality of our presence.
Peace Salons
The Art of Peace as a Living Practice
A guided, research-informed, and arts-based exploration of peace through Presence-Based Sound Inquiry, contemplative dialogue, and collective reflection.
The GEOWÈ Peace Salons are intimate gatherings dedicated to exploring the relationship between individual awareness, human connection, and collective responsibility.
Drawing upon Gina's doctoral inquiry into coherence, human regulation, and dignity-preserving decision-making, the Salons bring together contemplative listening, sound-based inquiry, reflective conversation, and interdisciplinary perspectives on peace.
Each gathering offers a carefully held environment in which participants are invited to explore questions of consciousness, coexistence, dignity, and the human capacity to engage with difference.
Rather than seeking immediate answers or predetermined outcomes, the Salons cultivate the conditions for attentive listening, meaningful exchange, and thoughtful inquiry.
Peace is considered not only as a social or political aspiration, but also as an everyday practice expressed through the quality of our relationships, decisions, and participation in the world.
Peace Salons are offered virtually, with selected in-person gatherings and collaborations to be announced.
International Recognition & Civil Society Engagement
Gina Gadischke was conferred the honorary title of Ambassador for Peace by the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) Switzerland in August 2026.
Her international engagement includes contributions as a speaker, moderator, and participant in civil-society dialogues organised by non-governmental organisations, including initiatives addressing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Her contributions particularly engage with:
SDG 3 — Good Health and Well-Being
SDG 5 — Gender Equality
SDG 16 — Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
Through her involvement with the Women's Federation for World Peace (WFWP) and related international initiatives, Gina contributes perspectives on conscious leadership, human flourishing, women's participation, and the role of civil society in fostering cultures of peace.
The Universal Peace Federation holds consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC). This institutional status belongs to the organisation and does not constitute an individual United Nations appointment or accreditation.
These experiences inform the continuing development of GEOWÈ Peace Salons as an independent space for dialogue, research-informed reflection, and the cultivation of peace as a living practice.
An Invitation to Participate
Peace begins wherever we become willing to listen.
The GEOWÈ Peace Salons welcome individuals, leaders, founders, researchers, educators, and members of civil society who wish to explore the relationship between consciousness, human dignity, and our shared responsibility for the world we inhabit.
Participation requires no particular professional background, spiritual affiliation, or previous experience with contemplative practices.
Only a willingness to arrive with curiosity, openness, and respect for the perspectives and experiences of others.
An invitation to listen more deeply, encounter one another more consciously, and participate in the ongoing art of peace.
Institutional Independence
GEOWÈ is an independent research and educational initiative. Gina Gadischke's Ambassador for Peace recognition is an honorary distinction conferred by the Universal Peace Federation Switzerland and does not represent a diplomatic appointment or official position within the United Nations.
Participation in NGO-led dialogues and initiatives addressing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals constitutes independent civil-society engagement. Neither GEOWÈ nor its Peace Salons are affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the United Nations.
