Product Variations

We strive to present our sourced, curated, sounded, and bespoke objects as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen displays, we cannot guarantee that colors will appear exactly as they do in real life. Given the nature of our Editions — many of which are one-of-one, vintage, or hand-finished — variations in color, pattern, texture, and sound quality are expected and should not be considered defects. These characteristics contribute to the uniqueness and authenticity of each piece.

Hosting & Security

GEOWÈ employs Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard for secure online transactions. Our website and e-commerce platform are hosted by Squarespace Inc., which provides our online infrastructure and helps ensure data protection. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and Apple Pay. Field Notes and correspondence are hosted via Substack.

Salons, Encounters & Sound Inquiry

By booking a Peace Salon, Peace Encounter, Space/Land Sound Inquiry, or Club/subscription tier, you agree to the following:

• Seats and dates are limited and non-transferable once confirmed, unless otherwise stated at booking.

• An Opening Encounter is required before any Returning Encounter may be booked.

• Peace Salons, Encounters, and Sound Inquiry are offerings of presence, perception, and reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

• Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be stated at the time of booking. ‍

Violation of Terms

GEOWÈ reserves the right to enforce all available legal remedies for violations of these Terms & Conditions, including blocking access to the website. Any unauthorized access to password-protected or member-only areas of the site may result in legal action.

Force Majeure

In the event of a Force Majeure, GEOWÈ is released from contractual obligations. A Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to:

• War, civil unrest, or revolution

• Governmental restrictions or legal measures

• Labor strikes, lockouts, or trade blockades

• Failures of electricity, telecommunications, or internet services

• Natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, or extreme weather

GEOWÈ will make every effort to resolve any issues arising from such events as quickly as possible.

Governing Law‍ ‍

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes arising from the use of this website will be handled by the competent courts of Austria, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that apply in the customer's country of residence.

Users outside Austria are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding online purchases and website use.
