REIKI II · OKUDEN

The Art of Deepening Universal Life Energy.

REIKI II · OKUDEN

Gendai Reiki Hō · Usui Reiki Ryōhō · Traditional Reiki.

A two-day advanced training with Reiju, traditional Japanese Reiki symbols and mantras, distant Reiki, deepening meditation practices, sound ceremonies, a comprehensive study manual, and certification.

Okuden, meaning "inner teachings" in Japanese, opens the way to a deeper exploration of the traditional Reiki practice established by Mikao Usui.

While Shoden introduces the foundations of energetic awareness and practice, Okuden invites you to refine your relationship with universal life energy and cultivate a more conscious understanding of its subtle qualities.

At the heart of this training are the traditional Reiki symbols (Shirushi), their corresponding mantras (Jumon), advanced Japanese breathing and meditation techniques, and the practice of distant Reiki.

This two-day immersion brings together traditional teachings, mindful awareness, meditation, and personal experience.

Within an intimate, thoughtfully curated setting, you are invited to deepen your practice with greater clarity, sensitivity, and confidence.

A SPACE FOR DEEPENING

More than an advanced training — two days dedicated to conscious retreat, learning, and inner development.

Okuden invites you to move beyond the external application of Reiki and encounter the practice as a path of presence, awareness, and personal cultivation.

Within an intentionally small group, space is created for individual guidance, shared exploration, and a deeper connection to your own practice.

Working with the traditional symbols and mantras offers new ways to focus attention, refine energetic sensitivity, and approach Reiki with greater confidence and awareness.

This weekend is also conceived as a personal retreat — an invitation to pause, strengthen your foundations, and reconnect with the essence of this Japanese tradition.
